We are looking for an experienced, confident office administrator, to work in a fast paced environment, dealing with customers and engineers, and managing a busy diary.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

Run a diary for 10+ engineers covering all areas inside the M25.
Liase with customers, and provide first class customer service at all times.
Run the accounting function and ideally have experience of Sage or a similar software package, as the role involves managing the invoicing function.
Deal with the credit control function.
Stay calm and professional under pressure.
