An excellent opportunity exists to join a well established and successful architectural metalwork company as a Commercial / General Manager. This is a varied management position, you will be tasked with responsibilities encompassing sales and marketing, office and procedures management, HR and strategic development.

We are looking for an individual who can liase with existing and potential customers, developing the sales function whilst supporting Project Managers and Engineers to ensure ongoing projects are being completed in line with timescales, budgets and company procedures. You will have a good degree of autonomy to develop sales strategies.

You will also be required to manage the day to day office functions, making sure that procedures are effective and are followed. This will also include recruitment and HR duties as necessary.

This position is being created due to expansion and will be a great challenge for the right individual. With support from the company directors you will play a key role in ensuring the companies continued business success. We are looking for an individual with a sales / commercial background and man management skills, preferably gained within a manufacturing or a construction environment.
