This is an exciting opportunity to join a retailer who have recently undergone a massive re-branding and re-launch.
They are part of a business super brand with more than 1100 stores across the UK and they have just been voted no 1 in customer satisfaction by a recent Which survey.

Unlike many of their competitors they are expanding rapidly and experiencing phenomenal growth and are looking to expand their store teams with some fresh, exciting retail managers.

The stores are based around large format, typically over £6million turnover with over 70 staff. All successful applicants will have management experience in this environment coupled with the following;

- Minimum 2 year's retail management experience
- Team leadership skills
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Knowledge of retail and H & S law and procedures
- Strong planning & organising skills
- Knowledge of P & L and experience of budget management
- Demonstrates strong customer service ethic
- Ability to multi task
- Coaching & development skills
- Commercially aware
- Enjoys working with targets
- Enthusiastic about DIY and retail in general
- Works quickly & effectively under pressure
