An excellent opportunity has arisen for a strong Demi Chef looking for her/his first Chef de Partie role or an experienced Chef de Partie with AA Rosette background. However to apply for this role you do not need to have 3AA Rosette background providing you are keen to learn and show motivation. If you are an experienced 2nd / Sous Chef in a pub and you are keen to take a step down to Chef de Partie position within 3AA environment, this role may suit you too. The team of 12 chefs are looking after the 56-cover awarded restaurant and infrequent banquets up to 70 seats. As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running sauce section and supervising/development of two more junior chefs. Training and accommodation is provided. Immediate interviews and start available.
