Job Title: Head Chef
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: £24k pa
Hours: 5.5 days out of 7 with willingness to be flexible

Established and innovative restaurant seeks hard working, organised and creative chef to command a willing brigade.

You will be required to deal with all aspects of running a professional, well equipped, resourced and designed kitchen.

Skills & Attributes:
Cleanliness and hygiene are absolutes
Experienced in stock control, ordering and HR
Seasonal & locally sourced menu development and the progressiojn of your brigade paramount.
Restaurant and banqueting service will often run parallel, so expertise in these areas beneficial.
