I have a gorgeous 1 bed apartment located in the Hub, Central Milton Keynes.
I would like to houseswap with someone who has a two bedroom house available in the Neath Hill/ Great Linford/ Stantonbury area.
I am currently on the popular 'Easy Living' shared ownership scheme and I pay a mortgage on 50% of the property. All the bills are very reasonable and the shared ownership scheme comes with free maintanance for the equipment in the apartment, plus it is only a short walk to the shopping centre and the Escape.
I am happy to give viewings outside of office hours, which would be Monday-Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm.
