Sales Ledger and Credit Controller

Milton Keynes based Lyco Direct is a leading B2B supplier of lighting, electrical and maintenance products. Established in 1995, the company has a number of channels to market including direct marketing through its award-winning catalogues, e-commerce, field and telesales.
The Position
A vacancy has occurred in our small & friendly Credit Control Department for someone to work 9.00-5.30 Wednesday Thursday and Friday.
Key tasks to include:
To collate and allocate cheques, journals and credit notes.
To telephone customers to obtain prompt payments
To assist customers regarding accounts enquiries and customer account reconciliations.
To liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
The Person
Formal experience is less important in this position than experience, but numeric,PC and language skills are essential. The successful candidate will be used to working to set procedures and targets, able to work well within a team and have the ability to communicate at all levels.

Salary £ 17,550 Pro Rata with an opportunity to earn a bonus.
