We are currently looking for a self motivated, ambitious and successful resourcer to join Redsquid Recruitment. Redsquid is a market leader in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Medical and sales industries.

You will be responsible for candidate sourcing and selection. As a resourcer you will be responsible for searching and selecting candidates and as such you will have at your disposal an extensive candidate database as well as numerous websites to search for your candidates from. You will be responsible for advertising on several key websites and social networks as well as dealing with candidate queries, arranging interviews.

You'll need to be able to work under pressure and handle extreme amounts of information on a daily basis. Exceptional communication skills are a must.
