Ok times are rough and my misfortune could be your chance for a massive bargain for sale is my beautiful 3 bedroom Mobile Home in the Vendee France..This really is a great bargain for a 3 bed two bathroom mobile home. Flights to La Rochelle and Nantes are very good/cheap if you book early enough. (Similar vans on this site are going for over £16000) I upgraded this recently then found i could not afford to keep it and i have to pay my friend back who loaned me the extra. It is very near Tranche sur Mer and its fantastic beaches. A perfect bolt hole either as a holiday destination in a super friendly French camp site for you and your friends or for those embarking on a restoration project in france needing somewhere to stay. The site fees are around 2000 euro its a very large plot I have payed two thirds of this years already. The 3 bedroom van with ensuite fully equipped, tv/dvd player fridge freezer cooker hairdryer microwave cd player etc it can sleep 8 with 2 in the lounge. As I said its a large plot so tents would provide no problem for those who have little campers.

The Grand 34 3B model completes our luxury Grand range with a real home from home feel and plenty of space. This model has a modern central lounge with patio doors to the exterior, a kitchen which is separated from the dining area by a worktop and is fully equipped with a full size fridge freezer, cooker (oven/grill and hob) and microwave. The master bedroom is a really generous size and situated at one end of the mobile home for added privacy and it boasts its own en suite shower room complete with toilet. The surrounding area. A beautiful region, ideal for those looking for fun at the beach, or simply a relaxing, peaceful holiday. Here you have the best of both worlds. For a spot of tranquility visit the nature reserve of Marais du Poitevin, where you can take a scenic walk and do some bird watching. There are many pleasant towns in the surrounding area, including Fontenay le Compte, the former capital of the Vendée, and La Roche sur Yon, the present capital which took over in 1709. The town of La Roche is full of history; in fact Napoleon had the streets here widened to allow his troops to move swiftly through the city. Other interesting places to visit in this area include Luçon and the harbour town of La Rochelle, situated on the opposite side of the bay, where you can stroll amongst the many shops and the historic city walls. The children will also love a trip to the town's aquarium. Not far from the campsite lies La Tranche sur Mer, from where you can take a ferry to one of the islands of the coast, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Yeu or Ile de Noirmoutier. If you are looking for a little more relaxation visit one of the region's wide beaches and soak up the sun. The campsite. Le Port de Moricq is a pleasant campsite with well maintained facilities. The covered swimming pool and children's pool are heated during the season and will provide many hours of fun for everyone. In the morning croissants and baguettes are available in the campsite shop. There are plenty of activities and entertainment organised during high season for both young and old, including basketball and volleyball tournaments, evening entertainment and a children's club for 4 to 12 year olds.
