We are currently looking for a confident, articulate individual to join the Reservations team of this stunning, luxurious Hotel near Milton Keynes
Responsible for effectively managing incoming reservations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all reservations are input promptly and accurately into the Hotel system and that sales are maximised through up-selling packages and additional nights / meals / spa treatments.
You will comfortable and happy to spend long periods on the telephone, so previous call centre experience would be highly advantageous.
Beautiful property £14.5k + benefits + progression opportunities. Due to location you would need to be able to drive. There is however a shuttle service that leaves from Central Buckingham.
