I've got 2 cars I need to store, and I'd like to be able to work on my bikes there as well.

250sqft+, prefer around the 500sqft mark.

Must have 24/7 access as I work shifts, though I will be very considerate regarding noise (there won't be much anyway, at the worse I'll be doing a little angle grinding or sanding once in a blue moon)

Good money paid for right unit.
