My client is looking for a junior sous/sous chef for a gastro pub in Chesham. You must have a good fresh food background ideally working to rosette standard. Duties will include split shifts with each Sunday evening and Monday off, the restaurant serves 80 covers. Accommodation is available. Tips of £2,500 tips per year.
