The Company

OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant for a charity organisation in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking for a varied role in a charity that is having year on year growth.

The Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will be required to deal with a number of directors. Duties will include, diary management, arranging of travel and accommodation, letter writing, notes taking, organising seminars, taking messages and monitoring emails. You will also be required to ensure the filing system is up to date, chasing correspondence, working alongside directors offering administrative support, database cleansing and mail-merges. Candidates will be expected to have a high level of confidentiality and superb attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits

£10.00 - £12.00 per hour and free parking
