If you are passionate about quality, fresh British food then this is the role for you. You will have the chance to show your creative talent by producing your own menus which will change every 8-10 weeks.

Job Description
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen, menu planning, costing, development of your brigade, Health and Hygiene, sourcing local suppliers and recruitment of your kitchen staff. You will need to be a focused and driven individual to make this already established concept an even greater success.

Required Experience
The Head Chef will ideally have come from a gastro pub or restaurant background however, applicants will be considered who show their passion and commitment to making this superb establishment the best dining experience in the area. Good strong financial acumen and management skills of the highest quality will be needed for this role.

Salary and Benefits
The successful Head Chef will benefit from a fantastic basic salary of 28-30,000pa plus bonuses.
