PROBLEMS

The roof mechanics are messed up, so roof isn’t working. Have provided a working second hand one. Easily replaced

The rear passenger quarter window is messed up, so I have provided the new mechanics. Easily replaced

The allows have scratches and buffs

Door cards are loose, need to be snapped back in

One fog light smashed, easily replaced

A few bulbs are out

Drivers side skirt is loose, easily fixed by tapping it back in, have extra fixtures

Drivers side skirt has a scratch

2 Alpina caps fell off the alloys, can be bought from eBay for 20.00

One bold tyre

In the traffic the temperature rises, have been diagnosed by BMW that the thermostat needs replacing. 200.00 job

Minor scratches, scuffs, chip stones, no rust, other wise very mint

Interior very clean, but could do with a carpet wash, interior door handle has fell off, but have it and can be easily screwed back in

Plastic trimmings around interior door handles have fell off, I have them and can be easily glued back in

I have been truthful to the finest detail, so please appreciate my honestly, as most people on eBay are never that truthful, its is a very old car, but for its age you will never find a fine example as such

The car

The car has had thousands spent on it; it’s been in my family for over 10 years. This is such a beautiful machine, everything a person needs in a car, an extremely powerful rare convertible.

It’s a real head turner still, and compare to any other BMW its stands out the most, with the aesthetics and that roar, it has such a proud look, of power and prestige.

The car hasn’t been owned by any boy racer, its more than that, only by professionals, I work as an architect and the previous owner a friend of mine who is a civil engineer, and we both looked after it with no concern to cash!

The car has hardly ever seen rain, always in garage

A BMW fanatic like my self must buy the car, so they can appreciate the machine, and provide it with the looking after it deserves, because machines like this will never be built again. So its critical we must look after what we have!

Please come and visit me and I will be more that happy for test drives and mechanics to have a look

Once the machine has sold I want payment within 24 hours, so cash on collection is preferred. If you want the car dropped off that it’s a problem we have a friend with a recovery truck so we will charge reasonably for that.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

dvla have informed me that the application on the retention of my private number plate wont be complete in the next 2 weeks. so i will give the number plate with the car, and once the new owner has recived the new log book, the new owner must transfer me back my private number plate, they will need to fill out a form and i will pay the DVLA fees, its really no trouble to the new owner, just a form to fill.
I have a form by DVLA which the new owner will have to sign which will state that once they have there new v5 log book they must transfer back my number plate. and i will pay all fees
this is unless they want to buy the number plate off me
