I am looking for a room to rent in Northampton, as I am in the process of moving out of my flat in the midlands. but I wont need somewhere to stay 7 nights a week.

I guess this may be not be for all landlords, but I am sure if you have a room that if you need a bit of extra money, then this will work.

I will give you plenty of notice of the nights i wish to stop and we take it from there.

I am a male mid thirties who is in a professional job and does alot of travelling both for work and leisure. I am very clean and of course will have good references to draw upon.

I have all of my own furniture.
