A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join this fantastic fresh food Cafe concept with straight shifts and no evening work If you are looking for a work/life balance but do not want to compromise on the quality then this is the role for you. Live-in accommodation can also be provided.

Job Description
As the Head Chef you will be responsible for all aspects of running a busy kitchen, leading and inspiring your brigade, health and hygiene, menu development and G.P's. You will need to ensure the consistency of the food is of the highest quality at all times.

Required Experience
Ideally the successful Head Chef will have worked with fresh produce on a daily basis, have a stable background and be committed to making this already established concept an even greater success. Above all, the will to succeed and the passion to grow the business will be the most important ingredient.

Salary and Benefits
The successful Head Chef will be on a starting salary of 25-30,000pa plus a profit share scheme.
