Who would fit-in?

We are 3 men (2 in our 40's, 1 in his 20's) who have been sharing for over 6 months. Two people have moved out so 2 rooms have become available.

Ok, how do I get it?

We have a meeting between the current tenants and you to see if we would get along. Employer refs required.

Money?

One month damage deposit secures, rent payment is 1 month in advance, 6 month let (renewable). Please note you are committing to a 6 month arrangement which can only be broken with the agreement of the main tenant.
