Sales And Marketing Officer
A major Housing Association based in Bedford are recruiting for a Sales And Marketing Officer. The purpose of the role is to ensure that sales programmes are successfully delivered, to deliver new shared ownership and intermediate rental schemes and to assist other members of the sales team achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities
-To work closely with the Sales manager and other members of the Sales Team in achieving targets and using innovative and cost effective promotional methods
-To be individually responsible for the marketing and sales of new build schemes as designated by the sales manager
-To be responsible for informing applicants of current incentives and developments; checking their eligibility and ensuring that they comply with Housing Corporation Guidelines
-To be responsible for progress chasing all sales, to ensure that all relevant parties are informed and that all properties are handed over within the agreed timescales
-To be responsible for maintaining the access database of current schemes ensuring that individual updates are carried out immediately
-To liaise, develop and maintain close working relationships with financial institutions, mortgage brokers, solicitors and estate agents
-To ensure that HCA IMS returns are completed for all units and schemes

This is initially a 12 month fixed contract but the role will become permanent for the right person. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Applicants must be able to interview immediately with the view to start asap.
