Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of planned, reactive, and lifecycle mechanical engineering tasks within a delivery team.



Key Skills



Mechanical - passed City and Guilds in Fitting

Electrical - passed Parts 1 & 2 of City and Guilds Certificates in Electrical Installations

16th/17th Edition IEE Regulations

Proven track record



Key Duties



Programme Management

Delivery of planned, reactive, building and lifecycle works

Test and inspection of BES systems and fault diagnosis

Performance and support to minor works activities

Assist other trades in completion of multi-disciplinary works



Quality, Health & Safety Management

Operate within defined H&S processes and take responsibility for personal H&S and that of third parties.

Compliance with prescribed maintenance standards and good industry practice

Operation of maintenance administration process, including planned maintenance management system in a timely fashion
