The Company
Milton Keynes based Lyco Direct is a leading B2B supplier of lighting, electrical and maintenance products. Established in 1995, the company has a number of channels to market including direct marketing through its award-winning catalogues, e-commerce, field and telesales.

The Position
Due to its continuing expansion, Lyco is looking for a new Account Manager to join our existing Telesales team.

Key tasks to include:
To effectively Manage and Develop existing internal accounts
To proactively call customers and secure orders
To identify additional sales opportunities within Accounts
To liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

The Person
It is essential the individual has at least 2 years sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets. The successful candidate will be dynamic, results driven; able to work well within a team and have the ability to communicate at all levels.

The Package
Your success will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package : Basic £ 18,000.00 O.T.E. £26,000 - uncapped commission
