Junior Sous Chef required for one of Buckinghamshire's top Chefs is looking for a Strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join their friendly team.

Due to year on year growth of the business the Chef Patron is looking for somebody to fit ‘somewhere in the middle' of the team to add extra strength and to ensure that everybody gets their 2 days off per week.

The Chef Patron was Classically trained under many ‘Famous Chefs' and has held several Michelin Stars as Head Chef including his current one which he has held for the last 3 Years. His Style is unpretentious Modern British with a few ‘Cheffy' twists but is routed in getting the maximum flavour from the best ingredients sourced locally and Nationally throughout the seasons.

As Chef de Partie / Junior Sous you would be expected to run at least one section and have a basic understanding of at least 2 other sections. Chef will happily develop the right candidate and give personal training in and out of daily service Good technical knowledge combined with Passion to achieve the best will compensate for any gaps in your knowledge.
