Sous Chef. Our client is an award winning business which features a Michelin Star Restaurant and a 3AA Rosette standard conference and banqueting centre. We are recruiting a Sous Chef to manage this facility and who will also assist the Head Chef in the Michelin Star restaurant on a regular basis.

The Person

You will already be a Sous Chef working in a 3AA Rosette hotel or restaurant or alternatively you will have worked as a Sous Chef in a 5 Star hotel. You will be hard working and able to manage the Conference and Banqueting department as your own business.
