Hr Administrator
The CompanyOfficeTeam is currently recruiting a HR Administrator for our client in Aylesbury.
The Role
As the HR Administrator, you will be required to coordinate and support the recruitment and selection process. This is to include the following activities: advertising posts, preparing information packs and associated documentation, creating job files, liaise and up date Line Managers throughout the recruitment and selection process, assist in the short-listing process where appropriate and organise & assist in selection processes, e.g. book rooms, interview invites, assessors etc. You will also be required to be part of an interview panel as and when requested/required, undertake pre-employment checks, produce offer letters and contracts of employment, complete the process, e.g. reject letters, assist with feedback, produce stats etc and coordinate the new starter process, e.g. induction, notification to payroll, uniform etc. You will also be required to arrange routine and ad-hoc medicals and produce associated Correspondence. As part of this varied role, you will also be tasked with inputting sickness into the HR information system as and when required and as a result produce monthly management information reports to line managers as necessary. With regards to employee records, you will ensure that all data relating to staff is correctly logged and updated on the HR information system and the individual personal record files and as a result produce accurate, timely workforce statistics such as equal opportunities and sickness. Most importantly, you will adhere the the data protection policy.You will also be required to develop relations with line managers and attend meeting as and when required.
Ideally the right candidate will be qualified CPP or part qualified and still continuing until qualified. You will also need to have a previous track record within a HR role.
Salary & Benefits
This is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2009 and has the possibility to go on further. The salary for this role is £21,586 per annum, pro rata. The client also offers free parking
