Structural Engineers based in Hertfordshire have a requirement for an Associate level Structural Engineer to join the team as No 2 in the business due to a management buyout.

Candidates need to be Chartered with IStructE and must have experience in helping run a small consultancy as well as the skills to run their own project and a small design team.

Current workload is a good spread of smaller mainstream projects in both new-build and refurb sectors with project values pre-dominantly under £5million.

Good base salary and benefits combined with the potential to become a Director in the short-medium term.
