Coronation Hall,3 Stoke Road, Bletchley, on Thursday at 4pm to 5pm.
It is a small friendly and informal class which is suitable for all ages. I teach both seated and standing tai chi techniques making it suitable for everyone regardless of their physical limitations. I encourage any potential tai chi student to come along for a free session to either of my classes to experience tai chi without any initial commitment.
