Reporting to operations Manager.

The position requires staff management and the production of traditional pub and creative fare.
Using locally sourced food and to the standards and profitability levels laid out by company policy and procedures.

Responsibilities include :

Staff rostas, management and development.
Maintain high cleanliness, health and safety standards.
Creation of seasonal and special menus.
Costs and controls.
Production and creation of foods to a highly consistant standard.
Function and conference catering.
Upholding company policy and procedures.

Position requires someone with high standards of hygiene, reliability and efficiency.
NVQ 2/3 preferred and other relevent qualifications.
3 years minimum experience in similar role or as assistant management looking for long term employment.

Progressive company re-opening a renovated destination and local pub restaurant in a semi-rural setting. Lunch, dinner and light fare served in 80 cover restaurant and garden with capability for functions and events.
