DEMI PASTRY CHEF £16000, 4 STAR HOTEL, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

Our client is a 75-bedroom 4 star hotel located in the heart of Buckinghamshire. It features two dining rooms: 40-cover very fine dining and 60-cover brasserie style restaurants. In their C&B/wedding facilities they can seat up to 100 guests.

There is a separate pastry kitchen with a brigade of 6 pastry chefs. The head pastry chef has a very strong 2*Michelin background and is looking either for an experienced Commis Pastry Chef keen to take a step up or a Demi Pastry willing to master his skills. As a Demi Pastry you will be responsible for servicing food for the brasserie and C&B/wedding department. Demi Pastry Chef will also be responsible for supervising more junior chefs and be able to work occasionally on its own initiative.

The basic salary for a Demi Pastry Chef is £16000.
