I am offering short term lets as I have got used to living on my own and enjoy this but am happy to have people here up to a few months at a time. Also, I appreciate the difficulty of situations such as moving house and dates not matching up.
The weekly rent obviously includes room and use of bathroom and kitchen. Anyone staying is welcome to relax in the living room but it is only fair to let on that it is often untidy and is where I will be found surrounded by paperwork in the evenings during the week or with friends and a few drinks at the weekends.
I am a female teacher in my 20s and would welcome male or female housemates of any age as long as they are chilled out and accept that they can keep their rooms as they want but my mess is here to stay!
I would consider a longer term let if needed.
