The Company
The Temporary division of Robert Half Finance and Accounting is recruiting a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of a Blue Chip Head Office in Milton Keynes.
The Role
Your duties will include raising the overhead team's purchase orders on Oracle, checking and logging inter-company invoices, dealing with supplier queries, processing any invoices that have been rejected from the process and dealing with corrections. In addition, you will be required to send out letters, undertake general administration related to finance, VAT requests and work on Excel spreadsheets. The hours will be between 20-25 per week and you will be required to work every morning or afternoon. You will be covering a maternity leave and the role is expected to last for approximately 9 months.
Salary & Benefits
The hourly rate of pay is £9 an hour plus holiday pay.
