Hello there

We are looking for a presentable young lady who can start as soon as possible, and who is reliable, honest, a non-smoker and a FLUENT English speaker to look after our house. There are no children to look after. You would only need to look after our parrot when we're not around, which is not very often, and then, he just likes somebody to be in the same room as him. He is a very sociable bird and he's completely tame. Your main job will be to keep the house clean and tidy and answer three or four phone calls during the day for one of us who works at home most of the time. You need to be a fluent Enlgish speaker as the business is very professional and you must have a very good telephone manner.

You will need to be available to start as soon as possible. The longer you can stay after that, the better.

You will have your own double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV, Hi-Fi and will have Internet access. All food is provided and you won't have to pay for anything else. There are normally no more than 5 or 6 phone calls a day and you can go out during the day when you need to. You need to be a fluent English speaker.

We are just on the edge of Milton Keynes, a large town in Buckinghamshire, about 40 minutes by train from central London. We are also about an hour by car/bus from Oxford and Cambridge. Milton Keynes has the second largest shopping centre in the UK which is 20 minutes away from our house by bus. There is plenty to do here too. You will be able to use our private gym and cinema and a bicycle will be available for you. There are also plenty of evening courses available here, with a local college five minutes' walk away.

There are no fixed hours of work and you shouldn't need to work more than 15 hours a week keeping the house clean and tidy so you will have plently of free time to do what you want. We would ask that you are up by 9am to take phone calls. If you wanted to get a local evening part-time job to get more money, or do a local course, that's not a problem. We also have a number of resources available where we live.
