The role: German Speaking Telesales Representative
Sales executive / German Customer service / Business development - Fluent German written & spoken
Based in: Hertfordshire / London
Easily commutable by train 20min from London Central (St Pancras Station) or by car from Luton, Stevenage, Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Potters bar and areas along M25 & M1
Salary: Up to £28K basic + £15-20K commission

Our client:
Our client is an international Technology company based North London / Hertfordshire looking for a German Speaking Telesales Representative to work in their sales office.

Main Purposes of the role:
To maintain existing accounts and support the identification and development of new business.

The main duties include:
- Prospect, qualify and develop business opportunities
- Proactively follow-up on leads/ business opportunities from all sources to close
- Build and manage sales
- Forecast business, sales pipeline as required by management
- Update sales stage and prospect interaction in database system
- Target outbound sales calls per day to existing customers and prospects.
- Maximise the opportunity in each of these customers accounts.

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & German – written & spoken
- Additional languages a plus
- Enthusiastic and motivated person with an excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills.
- Some telesales/customer service experience
- Experience in the IT industry would be a bonus
- Calm and confident approach to deal with a high level of daily calls
- Ambition to grow within company
- Experience in business development and exceptional closing skills in technology industry / Technical affinity

The Salary:
Up to £28K basic + £15-20K commission
