Role Description: Accommodation Assistant Manager – Toby Carvery
This Assistant Manager position takes full responsibility for managing the Innkeepers lodge team and driving sales of the accommodation and meeting rooms.

The successful applicant must have a ‘can do’ attitude and thrive in a sales / marketing environment who genuinely enjoys getting out there and building relationships with local businesses. Past experience of the hotel or budget hotel market would be beneficial but not essential. This role would suit a graduate with an associated degree looking to develop their skills or a current Assistant Manager or Team Leader looking for a new challenge.

As an Assistant Manager in Toby you will be part of a ‘hands on team’. You will have a specific role in managing and driving businesses forward which regularly take in excess of £2 million.
