I have three double bedrooms available in a newly re-furbished home in Aylesbury. The rooms are available immediately. It is close to the town centre and bus and train station (15 minute walk). It is also perfectly positioned near to the M25 and M40. Parking is available. No smoking or pets are allowed and references will be required.

The rooms are all newly decorated, centrally heated and come with brand new furniture. Each room includes a double bed and mattress, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and small TV. The bathroom again is newly fitted with a large corner bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is separate toilet and wash basin room also. The kitchen is fully fitted and comes with all necessary appliances e.g. washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave etc. The lounge / diner is a comfortable place, perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. There is a beautiful garden outside with patio and lawn area, which gets the sun all day. At the rear is a large garage.

Each room’s monthly rental charges are as follows:

Back room: £390
Middle room: £430
Front room: £480

These rental charges include ALL bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband).
