Woburn is a lovely village close to Milton Keynes. My house is just outside the village and just off of the A5 which is a fast road into Milton Keynes or South to Dunstable and the M1 South.

I have a single room available in the 3 bed Annex. The Annex side of the house is 2 stories and has 3 bedrooms. There are currently 2 other tennants in their mid twenties. There are large communial areas, including a games room with a pool table and dining area and a separate TV room. The annex has its own self contained facilities and the rent includes all bills.

This is a lovely house in a lovely location and there are countryside walks from the front door. Off road biking is also big in this area.
