Chef de Partie, 1 Michelin Star. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their Michelin Star awarded restaurant in Hertfordshire.
Working for an acclaimed Head Chef who has held his Michelin Star for several years you will work on all sections of the kitchen, except pastry.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with at least two years experience of Michelin Star or 3AA Rosette standards. You will be a quick thinking and hard working Chef de Partie who wants to work at the highest level.
Salary £21,000
