The permanent division of Robert Half Finance & Accounting is looking to recruit a Financial Controller for a respected and market leading Retail PLC, based in Milton Keynes.

The Role

This is a rarely available and high calibre Financial Controller role working within my clients Group Commercial Finance function. You will be supporting the Group commercial Director delivering Group commercial agenda whilst managing and controlling the cost bases in both the UK and Asia. Providing financial guidance, analysis and interpretation to support the Group Directors dealings with the PLC & Operating Boards, city analysts and external investors. You will show financial leadership in the development of the Group Commercial function, ensuring it has both a short and long term view or pertinent issues and any material risks and opportunities to the Group. As a leader of people you will be tenacious in person with a proven commercial FC background, ideally within a larger blue chip environment. My client is looking for an ACCA, CIMA, ACMA or ACA qualified accountant for this role and will interview suitable candidates ASAP.

Salary & Benefits

The salary will be paying £60 - 65,000 basic with a car allowance, complimentary company benefit and bonus scheme.
