These fun filled classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm.

All Levels are welcome to join this friendly group as sessions are designed so that you are in control of how much you do and how hard you push yourself.

Classes cost £3 per session when you block book or £4 pay as you go - this includes regular guidance and advice from qualified trainers.

Monthly Saturday morning classes start on 10th October at 9:30am - all proceeds to Willen Hospice.
