This is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join a professional recruitment consultancy.

We are seeking interest from someone special who has the ability to develop repeat business.
You will comprise a business plan to pitch to upper management, and will then autonomously implement it. Your role will initially be a hand on billing role to expand the Accounting/Finance, Commercial, Engineering, IT, Telecom, Sales and Marketing Divisions until a budget is agreed to recruit and grow a team. The level of autonomy in this role is up to you – your role can be heavily sales-focused or management oriented and without or without P&L responsibility. Either way, you will build the sector, motivate any team you have and set their KPIs, and can work in a temp or perm discipline.
You will be an experienced Recruitment Manager, preferably with start-up experience from a technical sector, though others will be considered as long as it is a professional sector. You will thrive on the hands-on element of a Management role and will strive to lead by example. You will be a savvy sales professional who demonstrates tenacity, dedication, hunger and drive with excellent motivational skills and determination to succeed.
