I'm a 27 year old female who is sociable, friendly, fun (but tidy and clean!). I like nights out on the town, as well as nights in on the sofa with a bottle of wine. I don't smoke and have no pets, although my family dog may come and visit sometimes!
The house is a really lovely modern three story town house, you to would share your own bathroom with one other, and there is a downstairs loo. plenty of parking, large garden, and storage. Bedroom is good sized double with very large wardrobe!
