EMS Research Ltd are running a project for VW to help improve the long term quality of their cars. We are inviting owners of Golfs, Polos, Tourans and T5 Multivans to come along and take part. We are also interested in speaking to owners of Skoda Octavias and Audi A6s The project is taking place at a VW premises in Milton Keynes from 21st- 25th April between midday and 8:00pm. There are 2 parts to this study, firstly a face-to-face interview which will take 30-45 minutes. Secondly, a team of engineers will check over the cars, if they find anything broken during this inspection, they will fix it free of charge, and advise respondents of any other faults they find. We are asking to keep the vehicles overnight at the VW premises which naturally has 24 hour security so no worries about your car's safety. We will provide a replacement vehicle for the time we have yours, and on your return we will give you a voucher for a free full service at the garage of your choice, which is valid for 1 year, as a thank you for all your time and effort.
