Salary is £25,000.000 plus tips, benefits and a 10% GP related bonus! Live in is also offered in the clean and fully equipped staff accommodation. Stunning location.

Split shifts equate to 40 hours per week but ability and effort to put in some initial extra hours would go noticed!

Superb opportunity to join this 18 strong brigade creating all fresh culinary delights in a setting of tranquillity that is second to none! The hotel is privately owned and is close to gaining its third rosette since the appointment of its award winning Michelin starred head chef. The hotel has also won a tourism gold star placing it in the top 50 hotels in the UK!

Ability to produce very high standard fresh dishes, creative flair and ability to lead a brigade is essential.

You should also have experience of at least one rosette within a hotel or restaurant environment.
